Quick IC7 Max3 ?

I have an IC7 Max 3 I picked up really cheap. BUt any time I overclcok I loose my SATA harddrives. Any ideas?

Ic7 Max3
Celeron D 3.2
2 80gig seagate sata
1 20gig seagate IDE
1 ide dvdrom
3 gigs geil ddr400

You need to make your agp/pci ratio fixed @ 66/33. SATA hard drives don't like it any other way. It happened to me too. I was like wtf until I figured out what was wrong.
