In CPU-Z under the "SPD" tab, are the Memory Slot selections, the SAME as the physical slot numbers on the Motherboard?

So Slot #1 would correspond to the physical memory slot1 on the motherboard?

Now that I am typing this it sounds like a stupid question :rolleyes: but I have to ask, I need to replace 2 out of the 4 chips on the board based upon the timings that are read-out in CPU-Z (How accurate is this prog?)

My MoBo is a D865GBF, and in the user's manual/product guide it breaks the slots down like so:
Channel A
DIMM 0
DIMM 1
Channel B
DIMM 0
DIMM 1

So is it safe to say the following:
Channel A
DIMM 0 = Slot #1
DIMM 1 = Slot #2
Channel B
DIMM 0 = Slot #3
DIMM 1 = Slot #4

Thanks, I just wanted to see if anyone had a definitive answer on this.

I was correct it is as follows:
Channel A
DIMM 0 = Slot #1
DIMM 1 = Slot #2
Channel B
DIMM 0 = Slot #3
DIMM 1 = Slot #4

...
But now I need help with my timings and preformance here:
