Quick Conroe question

Doing a new build, and all that I want to know is this:

What mobo, which is available TODAY, regardless of cost, will for sure be compatible with Conroe when it comes out?

My plan is, put a temp processor in now, and then just order Conroe when it's available.

Don't have the choice to wait, circumstances demand that I have to buy now, but I do want to be able to upgrade to a Conroe.

(Yes, I did read the FAQ, and the cost is not an issue)

An Intel D975XBX Rev 304. There's no way to know you're going to get a Rev 304 when buying online, but if you goto retail store, look around for a 302 or a 304 on the stickers. If it says 302, don't get it.
 
I'm doing the same thing... I'm going to get the disposable overclocking legend $130 D805 and toss it later (probubly in a year the way my finances are)

Wrong. You can go to http://www.jncs.com/jnmain.php and they will sell you a guaranteed Rev. 304 board. albeit at a higher price than expected, but at least you don't have to play the craps game of getting a 304 anywhere else online. I was in shanetrain's position a few weeks ago and decided to drop a 930 in this board until I get a Conroe chip, which may be extended past July 23rd because of the demand for the chip - my gut feeling tells me it may be hard to get one until August or early September.

WarLust, this is exactly what i've done.

I have seen some issues online though, with this board as far as the overclocking factor, and it's lack of options, but i'll take my chances with it.

How has your experience so far?

The only difference is, I bought a 520j chip, which was the cheapest (71.00), and also bottom of the line chip this board would support, but will do until I can get a Conroe.

Just FYI, this is what I have on the way:

2x1GB Crucial Ballistix PC5300
TT 4-in1 HSF
P4 520j
2x150GB WD Raptors

I currently have a 480W Antec TP PSU (which I don't know will be sufficient for Conroe), and I still need a video card, which I haven't researched yet.
