Will the Scythe Ninja or Thermaltake Sonic Tower run into any problems installing on a DFI Ultra-D motherboard, I'm looking into to purchasing one or the other but haven't been able to find any compatibility answers and I'd rather not have to find out by trial and error (edit: buy and have to return). Big thing is, blocking the memory.

thanks guys :D

The Scythe Ninja may block the memory if you install the fan on that side but depending on your case width you can adjust how high the fan is on the heatsink which should clear the memory, not to sure on the Sonic Tower though.
