Quick compatibility question

Looks like that mobo has a pair of DDR dimm slots, and a pair of DDR2 dimm slots. An hold hybrid motherboard to fill a gap from long ago?

Yes, those A-Data modules will work. They are rated at DDR2-800 speed, the board will just run them at a max of DDR2-533 speed. They will work fine underclocked.

Maybe there are some cheaper DDR2-533 or 667 modules that would work just as well...?

Oh, ok - the speed on the mobo doesn't have to match the RAM speed. Yeah, it's an old mobo - it even has an agp and pci-e slot because pci-e was very new at the time. One more question - Do I have to manually underclock the RAM?
