I have this build at about $560. No real budget, trying to maximize price/preformance

The motherboard is on the cheap side of quality and maxed out at 8GB of RAM. It's your PC so if you don't mind the low quality, go for it. But unless your budget is super low/strict, I would not recommend that mobo. I'd recommend this instead:
$90 - Intel BOXDH67BLB3 Intel H67 mATX Motherboard

However, your bigger issue is that PSU: Did you mean to get the modular version of that PSU? If not, that listed PSU is pretty overpriced at $70 shipped considering that higher quality and higher amperage having PSUs are around that price range:
$63 - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU

With that said, for the listed specs, a 400W PSU would be fine:
$50 - Antec NEO ECO 400C 400W PSU
$47 - Corsair 430CX V2 430W PSU

Also you didn't list a case. Are you reusing one or buying one?
 
May I ask why you're going with a 20" monitor? How much at most do you want to spend on your entire system?
 
-Not the biggest fan of Biostar. They're okay, not bad but not great either. I'ld rather see an Asus, MSI or Gigabyte board. Here's a Z68 Asus option and a cheaper H61 Asus.
-If gaming is your primary concern, I would get at least a Radeon 6850.
-An i3 is okay if you really don't want to stretch the $50 for an i5. The i5 will keep your system moving along better under heavier loads. If you do a lot of encoding and time is of value, consider the i5.
-Spend $3 more for the GSkill Ripjaw RAM.
-$50 can get you a PSU like this 600W Corsair
