quick ? about sound

guys,

have a ip35-E and have audigy2 but gave me issues with software on vista 64, and now using the onboard sound, using optical S/PDIF out into my reciver Yamaha,

was wondering if a better card, said creative labs or prelude, would give me the best, sound, if any than how is setup now, thx

Depends mostly on what kind of sound you play on this system :)

Onboard isn't that bad anymore these days, so if you've got no complaints with your current setup, I would leave it as-is.
