Does the 8800 GTS have any fitting issues? It seems like it should fit in almost any case but anything I find is just on the GTX.
 
I have a Thermaltake Tsunami and since it has a lower drive cage, if you have a drive in that spot, it will indeed not clear the drive. I had to move one of my three drives to the top rail, no big deal since the stock cage has spots for 4 drives.

So really should not be an issue for normal sized or larger mid towers and up.
