Sorry if this is off topic:

What is the difference between a Regular CD Player and a MP3/CD Player??

What OS is better Win98SE Or WinME ??
 
Ok, the difference between a CD player and and MP3 CD player is that the MP3 CD player is capable of playing back a CD that contains MP3s (meaning it can decode the MP3 files, usually they are capable of showing Song Title etc. as well).

As for which OS is better... I feel that between the two Windows 98se is the better choice. I've never had good experiences with Windows ME and I don't know anyone really who has. It was a bad mistake on Microsoft's part in my oppinion. Serious compatability issues etc. for some people.
