If you read up on Havok, only HavokFX runs on the GPU. Any interactive physics through the normal Havok SDK are still handled on the CPU.

if you read up on past Nvidia and ATi interviews they state that interactive physics will be done on the gpu.

According to Havok, it won't be. They seem to be pretty set in keeping interactive physics on the CPU for now.

The close proximity between physics, game logic, and memory, defines game play and generally demands that these systems execute together on a game system’s CPU.

Which means for full physics on the GPU, we need a brand new SDK, which has to be integrated into upcoming games, which at production times of several years now.....I think you can see where this is going.
