There are alot of companies as you all know such as Sapphire, HIS, ATI and quite a few other that have their own versions of each card it seems...what exactly are the differences theres alot of information to sift through and most of it seems the same on each....anyone care to enlighten? and how come the sapphire card has a 450 mhz decrease in the memory clock than others? I really dont have the time to sort through all of the crap every site has and ws hoping maybe someone knew what the difference between everything is.

Most of the cards should be clocked about the same, though some board brands will have the clocks adjusted.

Actually many of the major brands of ATi cards are actually manufacturered by Saphire, including the Built by ATi cards. Saphire has manufactured cards for a number of years, but only started branding their own cards a few years ago.

As to other differences, there are really none. They have slightly varying clock speeds, and come with different accessories and software bundles. Occasionally the coolers are changed from the reference design to an aftermarket design as is usually the case with the HIS cards. Though the X1950XTX has a really good cooler on it and like the 7900GTX, I doubt many of the brands will deviate from the stock design.
