Went and Ordered an ASUS A7N8X-X off Newegg today. What do I need to do to get this board working in tip top shape from the get go? This is the Nforce2 400 single channel. What's the best bios to flash to for overclocking? I head the northbridge chip runs hot, (but may be due to the bios) and it isn't flat, and could use a good lapping, (that's a little extreme... but...) I'm going to take the passive cooling solution off and put on an active cooler, so that might help instead of grinding the silicon off a brand new motherboard. :p But considering the price I got it at, who knows how far I'm going to tweek it. :D
