I cannot tet this out myself atm so I am asking someone here to try it. in a situation where you were without good wifi (ie traveling in a hotel) yet you have an appletv and an iphone / ipad. You want to use airplay to watch the iPhone/ipad content on your tv but you need to be on the same wifi network for airplay to work. Can you use a Mywi network to make a network between an idevice and an appletv? Everywhere I have gone says that there is no ppossible way to create an adhoc network from an idevice and yet security programs at work prevent me from connecting to mywi because it is detected as adhoc. So if mywi is an adhoc network can you then use airplay to the appletv?
