Does anyone know of anyway I Can get the image from my Radeon's Video in to the webcam feature in MSN?

MSN Messenger detects the Rage thing, but it fails to see it as a webcam.

Reason I ask is becuase I don't have a webcam, but I Do have a digicam with an RCA output.
