I own an Asus P5AD2-E Premium with the 925XE chipset. Now, I am having problems finding out if any LGA775 proc will be compatible with my motherboard or if each type of LGA775 proc (ie the D series) requires a different chipset? I just want to know what my upgrade options are down the road. If anyone can enlighten me, I really appreciate it. Thanx.

Your chipset is good for any of the 5xx or 6xx series chips. You'll need atleast a 945 chipset for the Pentium D (8xx) chips, so you're out of luck on the dual cores.
