Based on the this information below, this monitor has Vertical Refresh Rate of 50 - 85 Hz, does this means i can play my games at 85fps?

What games do you play and what GPU do you have? Also you can get more FPS than that if you disable Vsync, but given that info provided if you have good enough hardware it looks as if the answer to your question would be yes.
 
Those specs are very misleading. Yes, it does 85hz... at 800x600 resolution. At 1920x1080, you're limited to 60hz, unless you want to try "overclocking" it, which I haven't had success with yet (image gets squished to 960x1080 for anything over 60hz at 1920x1080).
