Question regarding Raid 5 and hdd speed

I own several 4tb-5tb drives and have enough to raid them in raid 5 configuration on my motherboard
what type of speeds would i see if i were to either buy a Raid enclosure or setup on a my new z97 asus maximus VII. I think i can only do two drive on the mobo .
running segate DM001 type drives i believe 5900 rpm at 4-5 tb

kinda tired of 120-130mb speeds

havent done this in years so please forgive me
