Hey Guys,

Does anyone know whether the LX or the LXE unit will report the RPM speed of any standard fan with a molex 3pin?

I phoned them directly, which is the reason I'm posting this question. I didn't see this reference posted anywhere on the NZXT website. Anyhow, I spoke to a tech who told me I needed fans with RPM sensors for RPM reporting.

I found this very hard to believe, since this hasn't been mentioned in any review or can I believe every review subject had fans with RPM sensors.

Anyhow, I was hoping to hear YES. That the LXE will report the RPM value for any standard 3pin molex fan.
