I have just set up my wireless router here at home and I have two younger brothers that share the internet. They are constantly streaming and playing PS3 and Xbox live etc.. I am wondering if there is a way I can throttle the speed that they receive. I can't play HULU+ without it stopping and buffering every couple of seconds due to them hogging the bandwidth.

I have the D-Link DIR-655

You can try clicking on advanced and then QOS engine and configure some QOS rules.
