We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hey all,

I have run into somewhat of a problem recently and was wondering if there is a fix for it. I accidentally left my computer running with Outlook 2007 open on my computer back at college. The problem is, I just drove up to my parents house for the weekend and would like to check my emails. I have my Outlook at college set to Send/Receive automatically every few minutes so its pretty much impossible to intercept the emails before they get rerouted to outlook. Is there any way I can view my college Outlook inbox from where I am right now?

You could setup outlook at your house and have it check for new messages every 1 minute :)

Besides that I can't think of much.... Well... here is an idea... you could change your email password... then the Outlook running at school would not work :)

The best remedy to that problem is remoting into your computer at college.

For my Outlook account at home, anytime I need to check it- I remote in. Stores everything like usual, and I don't have to screw with keeping emails in two places.

The downside obviously is the speed, but that's what you sacrifice.

Yeah, I was going to say, something like PCanywhere or logmein sounds like the easiest way to go.
