Question regarding EVGA 980Ti ACX 2.0+ & SC Model

Hello all,

I am sending my EVGA 980 Kingpin out today as part of the Step-Up program in exchange for the EVGA 980Ti ACX 2.0+ (Non-SC) model. I'm sorry if this has been covered before, but I am wrong to assume that the only difference between the standard ACX 2.0+ model and the SC model is just the backplate along with the factory boost clock being higher? I plan to order a backplate for the card as soon as they are back in stock at EVGA's website.

I'm sorry if this has been covered before!
 
To be honest, the unique difference that I can see is the backplate, the Non-SC has the backplate and the SC hasnt. :/

Well that's good for me then. The backplate is $20 I'll order it when it comes back in stock. EVGA doesn't really offer any options as far as step-up models.
