Question: Outdoor SFF Solution

Hi,

I'm currently researching methods of putting a nano/mini/pico itx system outdoors. The main purpose of this system is to handle wireless communication so one PCI slot would be ideal for this. I'm also looking for a housing unit to protect it from the elements outdoors, and something that can run off of very little power (preferably a car battery, but not a huge deal if it has to be powered by an outlet).

My budget is somewhere around 250 dollar for this unit.

Could someone point me in the direction to get underway. I'm completely new to the SFF world.
