Question on Settings for Mobility Radeon 9000

Just got the Hp5470us and it has the mobility radeon 9000 with 128mb video memory, now i think that this thing should be able to handle anything that is thrown at it... but when i play like call of duty or splinter cell everything is real choppy how should i fix that, and what modes should i run it in?
 
That's not a real Mobility Radeon 9000, that laptop uses IGP 340M integrated graphics. It uses shared memory and it's nowhere near as fast as a dedicated Mobility Radeon 9000.
 
what could i do to make it faster, put some PC3200 in there? its already got a gig of memory but i think it is only pc 2500, do they make laptop memory that runs at 3200?? :confused:
