Question on reactivating

Hi everyone

I am planning to buy an oem copy of the vista from newegg. Maybe ultimate I am not for sure yet.

But I wanted to make sure about one thing before i make my purchase.

Well i am a foreign student here in the US and in less than a year i will graduate and go back to my country. I am planning to take my pc with me.

My concern is if I activate the vista here in the US and take it to my country, will I still be a legal user?? Will they let me reactivate it from my country (TURKEY) if I ever needed to format or anything??

If anybody have an answer or can direct me some place where i can get this information I would appeciate it.

I don't believe it would matter what country the PC is in - if the PC is still the same PC, you don't have to re-activate.

If you re-format and re-install, you would have to re-activate, but MS would see that it's still the same PC, and re-activation should succeed without having to phone them.
