question on Powercolor Bios flashing

Hi, I'm curious about the bios flashing. Could I flash my powercolor with the Asus Bios? Would like to use the Gamer OSD that comes with the Asus Cards. I'm currently using 4850 in crossfire. If not - would anything that goes wrong if I flash it to one of those Powercolor bios overclocked bios?
 
I flashed my Powercolor card using an "updated" Powercolor BIOS. The fans still sucked (PCS+), so I yanked it.
