Question on light bleed

Hi All,

Just got a new Asus VE276. It has blue light bleed all around the perimiter about 1/4" in from the bezel.

Got it from best buy so returning is easy. But I'm curious, are my expectations too high to get a monitor with no bleed around the perimiter?

If you're viewing a black screen then you will notice light bleeding. It's normal. Under general usage you won't notice it unless yours was extreme.

It is a known issue with certain TN panels. You could try returning it for a different TN model or preferably an IPS model which typically are much more resistant to that bleed effect.
