Looking to water cool SLI 1080's. Not sure a single 120mm rad would be enough to cool both cards once oc'd -- so was thinking of going 240mm.

The front side of the Area 51-r2 has 2 120mm mounts on the internal side of the front bezel, but there's about a 3" gap in between them -- getting a standard 240mm is possible but I'm trying to avoid having to come up with a work around to mount it.

Was thinking of doing the following-- (the water lines are just flow path). Don't know if its even ideal to be daisy chaining 2 120mm rads in succession...

Appreciate any feedback and definitely open to suggestions...

Thank You

that will work but you might need to rotate the rads so the end tanks don't block the side panel.

twin 120's will have the same cooling capacity as a single 240, all other things being equal. that being said, if you are worried about flow resistance, place them in parallel. you;ll get better flow than a single 120 but still have the cooling capacity of a 240
