Im trying to figure out why everytime im gaming my surround sound just has the front L/R split into the rear. So im hearing left and right front signal over 4 speakers.
Now, I want real surround when i play my games. I have been playing with the CMSS in my EAX consule. It just seems to make the rear speakers sound the same as the front. To my knowledge I need to keep CMSS on to have any rear channels what so ever.
With my speakers (z560s) I have a M3d button which is supposed to take stereo signal and split it into surround. Now, would I need to change my speaker setting to 2.1 and use the m3d button?
Ive been on goggle trying to find help and only 1 post with no replies. Anyone care to help me out?
