I have had my current system, a 2.4 P4c for three years now, and I have been looking to upgrade to a new system. It is my intention to build a celeron-m or pentium-m system. Do I have to get an outdated motherboard without support for pci-e or is there any other way to get a a pentium m system? I know of asus' ct479 socket converter but it only supports 478 socket systems which is what i'm on now:( Any advice would be welcome, athlon 64's are common and dull.

if You can, look for asus P4GD1 mobo.. unfortunately they are being discontinued and available only in europe..
but with p4gd1+ct-479 you'd have nice dothan+pcie+ddr1 rig :)
