Im installing an ATI x850xt pe and I connected the 6 pin power cable which is connected to the board, then splits into two 3 pin connectors, which goes to the power supply. My question is, what is the yellow 4 pin connector for, that is right next to the 6 pin connector on the board. THANKS!

The 4-pin... it isn't required.

It's in case you want another line run from there to a drive (like floppy).

Isn't this the ViVo thing? I mean, it's yellow, and near the molex, soo.?

Don't worry about the connector. Its a video in, video out adapter for front panel connections if you have a case or front panel bay that supports it. It has nothing to do with power.
