Whats a really good tv out card for <200$

I want one that is good with GFX as well, hopefully better than 64MB Gf3ti200.

And one question, Do the cards with coax on them do tv-out thru the coax or just tv-in for tuner?

Lastly, What are some of the best connections for running comp on tv (S-video,composite, component etc..)

Thanks,
Tyler

P.S.
Should I just go with a wireless PC-TV?

TV Tuner cards only do video in(i think, heven't come accross one with video out).
If you're going to be using the tv-out on a standard bulge tv any card with tv-out will do as it will look like shit anyway. A trinitron TV or other flat tv's you'll notice it's clearer and the picture is centered better not and out of shape. That's when you want a good card with tv-out.
I can't remeber what cards have the best tv-out.

The best hookup for a tv would probably be a TV with VGA or DVI input. The some of the TVs in my school have VGA input and though their not flat screen the picture is better than s-video. In quality of tv out, it'd probably be component, s-video, composite, DVI/VGA(worst to best). S-video and component look no different on bulge screen TVs, both look crappy.

I bought a WinFast TV 2000XP exprert from newegg for about $56. It has TV, RCA/comp, and Svideo in. It has a remote, radio, and stereo audio (not too common on TV cards). Then you can purchase a radeon 9800se 256bit from newegg for like $145. You are very close to $200 there, and you can softmod the card to get full radeon 9800 performance, plus it has TV out if you wish to hook to a TV (although computers look shitty on a TV because the resolution sux0rs).
