When I move my mouse over anything that is clickable (web links, winamp buttons, virtually every program), the mouse pointer tends to vibrate or flicker really quickly. I don't know why it does this. Any ideas why I'm getting all this motion judder?

Display: Westinghouse 1080p 37"

Video Card: GeForce 5200

Video Connection: DVI to DVI

Resolution: 1900x1080

My LCD is refreshing at 60 hertz (it won't allow me to set any other frequency)

Thanks!
Andy

More things I've noticed:

1) If I move my mouse over an icon or link and there's a help bubble that pops up, that "help bubble" flickers and vibrates for a second, then stabilizes itself.

2) In my web browser (explorer) - when I scroll the internet page down, all the text doesn't scroll up and down down smoothly. The text gets pixelated - but then after I stop scrolling, the text instantly stabilizes itself.
