How cramped does the PSU compartment seem? I'm interested in the Antec NeoPower480, and I'm just wondering if you can tell by looking at pictures of the PSU if you can think of any complications that might arise due to its unique design?
Thanks!

its very cramped. the thing is that you have to consider both the fan intake (should be pointing down) and for the cable outlet (has to be pointing up and forward). i have a Fortron 530 which barely fit, but the intake fan is pointing forward instead of down. i think this will negatively impact the PSU, but probably not so much to reduce its lifespan--after all, it is still a huge improvement over a PSU right over the CPU.

hope this helps somewhat.

I have an Antec TrueBlue 480 and there’s essentially no room in terms of height - you might be able to get an extra centimetre without cutting into the plate that separates the compartments or the stand-off. Length-wise, there's plenty of room.
