Question for ASUS 9800XT owners

I've seen a few here who own ASUS 9800XTs,
I have one. After two weeks or so, it won't run any DX or OGL applications, it has to be ran in software mode. Has this happened to anybody? Also, does anybody have an ASUS 9800XT that takes other drivers then the ASUS 3.7s?
