Question bout my psu....

Im testing my cpu at 240 fsb now (3.3 ghz and vcore at 1.55) but what im worrying about is my psu. Its a chieftec 360 psu and for the rest see sig bout my other components (the gf4 at stock)
Would it hold out ?
