Question about Windows Vista Ultimate License

I recently purchased Windows Vista Ultimate (Retail Version.)

Here is my problem.

I am building a new computer. I want to know if I can have Vista installed on both my new and my old computer, or if I'll have to buy a new copy/license to do this.

I'm not sure if they commonly will sell you a key directly? The usual option would be to buy a new disc, either OEM or retail.
