Question about voltage settings in BIOS

I upgraded all of my old C2D rigs with some bundles from microcenter and got the hardware listed in my sig. Only problem is i haven't touched an AMD CPU in years so im not sure how to set up the voltages in the BIOS. There are many settings on AUTO but this board seems to give alot more power than it needs. Even the cpu vcore when set to auto gives it 1.55volts. Where can i find a list online for stock voltages for this board because i don't feel comfortable setting everything to auto. Motherboard manual had no info whatsoever.

your CPU Voltage shoudl be : 1.35v at stock, give or take, that wont be too high regardless

NB Voltage : 1.25 (i think...been a while since i messed with stock...)

Ram : Depends on ram, either 1.5v or 1.65v
