question about Vista with Windows 7 upgrade coupon

Hi.

I have a little question.

If I bought Vista with the Windows 7 upgrade coupon, is it possible to install Vista on a new PC and upgrade another one (Windows XP) with the Windows 7 Upgrade.

Or the Vista and Windows 7 license are tied together.

There will be no 'mechanism' which stops you from using the upgrade media and key with a different 'qualifying' install. It's 'possible' to use it on whatever PC you want to.
