Question about the Shuttle ST62KS

Hi guys,
i hope this isnt a silly question but i searched the forums and couldnt exactly find the answer i was looking for.
i'm building a computer for my girlfriend and decided to go with the Shuttle ST62KS and now I'm choosing a cpu for it. I was wondering if I should buy a processor that comes with a heatsink/fan or if I should not. Does the shuttle come with a heatsink? In the description of the Shuttle, it says that it comes with I.C.E. Technology CPU heat-pipe" but since I've never built a SFF before, I'm not quite sure what this means.
