While using that popular calculator.. is the wattage recomendation number given to represent the total for Max or Continuous wattage?

It says that for my future configuration that it recomends 430w. If I am to assume that it is sudgesting continious wattage then should I be looking for something on the lines of a 450w or 500w continuous?

Obviously the higher the number the better so the PSU doesnt have to strain itself all the time and just relax but, Im also trying to stick with a budget which is why I'm asking for a recomended continuous ammount from the 430w sudgested. Thats all providing it is continious that it is sudgesting .. not Max.

Thanks

That calculator is unaccurate. There are better calculators in the PSU sticky.

What are said specs of your soon-to-be computer? What is your budget for a power supply? Any special features you want (like bling bling, modular plugs, silent, a billion leds, etc)?
