Question about the Amazon affiliate link

I believe https://www.amazon.com/?tag=hardfocom-20 is the Amazon affiliate link, stupid question but how do I use this? I have it saved as a bookmark and when I go to the link it is in the address bar. However when I start doing searches or looking at my wishlist or clicking products the "hardfocom-20" goes away. Is it still active even if I don't see it in the address bar? Or do I need to manually add to every URL?

Just need to do what you are doing. It sets a cookie. If you have cookies turned off however, it will not work.

Also Kyle if we use smile.amazon.com does that effectively kick you out?

Actually, I can see what you are buying, I just don't know it is you, or anyone else for that matter.

I have no idea about the smile thing. I would doubt it has an impact.
