I am running Windows 7 and I decided to run a health report. I get the following error, but I am confused on what it exactly means and I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I have no idea what this error is saying, so if anyone could help me out on solving what is wrong would be a big help. Thanks

Symptom: Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed.
Cause: A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
Details: The device, sptd, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_SPTD\0000.
Resolution: 1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager.

only thing i could think of is a google search for tv_configmgrerr24 and if that doesnt find the answer try a google search for legacy_sptd.. but id take a guess it has to do with graphics drivers..

Yes I do. I am guessing that is the problem then? Windows 7 complained when I first installed it that Daemon Tools wouldn't work correctly, but didnt even think it could be that.
