Question about size

Does anybody hold some information on this fan ?http://www.evercool.com.tw/products/fan_al.htm , the last one in the right corner, the 120x120x25 aluminium fan.
I also have a couple of questions:
1. Will it fit on the xp-120?
2. Does the xp-120 fit ok on the a8v ? (I'm using 2x512 Corsair XL)
3. Will the level of Db hurt my ears badly(compared to the stock Amd cooler for my 3500+)

1) Dont know but this fan has very odd mounting holes that can be a pain

3) Recently put 5 of these into a system and even with 5 its quite tolerable. there decent fans for sure

Damn, so there's no 100% that the fan will fit the xp-120 ?

the dimensions of the Evercool appear to be less then those of the reccomended panalo so I cant see why it wouldnt depending on how the XP120 holds the fans down

What does the last parameter refer to ? width ? The Evercool has 25mm and the recomended size is 38 mm, do you think it will hold it in place ?

Common there has to be someone with another type of fan (except Panaflo), on their Xp-120
