What do you guys think about this power supply? When I look at this power supply on different sites, some of the boxes says that it has 2 pci-express connectors and some say that it has 4 pci-express connectors. Which one is it? Is there a newer version that has 4 pci-express connectors for quad sli, or in some cases 2 8800 gtx's. How come some of the boxes say RoHs on them? Is that the 4 pci-express one or something?

I was talking with the evga tech support guy and he convinced me that my 480watt Antec Neopower 480 is on the bare minimum to run an 8800gtx with an overclocked e6600 stable and isn't going to cut it. I keep getting a 25 code error on my evga 680i mobo which is a video card shadow vbios error. I get this code more often than not when i try to overclock my processor, save the bios settings, the pc restarts and some times it will boot, rest of the time the 25 error. I hit restart on tower and it will put default bios settings and will boot fine. I'm starting the think i'm getting the error sometimes maybe because my 8800gtx isn't getting enough power and causes the error when i try to overclock cpu which is taking more power. What do you think?

For my opinion,The Silverstone 750 are great power supplies than the Antec's?
I am also waiting to get a Silverstone power supply the 1000watt for my rig.

Would the silverstone sst-st75zf 750 watt be enough to run sli past 8800gtx's for a few generations?

I have one of those psu. It has 4 pci-e plugs.

St75zf Revision 1.0 had two hard wired pci-e connectors, with a further two in the form of adapters. Revision 2.0 has six hard wired pci express connectors as well as six sata connectors (previously four)

So as long as the place you purchased from doesn't have old stock you should get four pci-e.

Any major differences between the Strider and the Zeus. Strider is modular and Zeus is not?

Well you can forget the post code being caused by your power supply because I have a PCP&COOLING 1K-SR and i`m getting post code 25 no video,I would get a 750 watt anyways that antec is way to light ,So after 15 mins of thinking .I hit the space bar and it took off to freeze at the mem test ? reseated mem cleared bios before that ..fine now ..
