Question About Server Software and Resell

I recently removed a server from a business and cleared the HD.
I replaced it with a new server and Small Business 2003 Full with CAL's (20)

After the migration and upgrade the Small Business 2000 Server software is no longer used for any reason, along with an opened 5 CAL from the Small Business 2000 server.

Can I resell these, or they trash, and if I resell them what needs to take place? The software was registered iirc.
I have all the cds with keys and manuals, etc.

It should be okay to resell, provided you give them all documentation it came with, the legitimate CD, and your no longer using it in your current business.

Yep have all that information; what about it being previously registered though (although not used anymore); will they have any issues and will any business or personal information be available to them from the previous registration?
