I am running Windows 8.1 64bit, and have two Samsung 850 EVO's in Raid-0 running off of my x99 MB's Intel controller. I was trying to find if running raid still supported TRIM/Cleanup or not. I remember that in Raid-0 it wasn't supported a while back but didn't know if that changed or not recently. Thank you!
