I have the p5n32-E SLI, 680i. I am running striped RAID 0 on two 150gb Raptors plugged into the onboard sata. I have two more Sata drives connected to the onboard sata (total of 4). Will this slow down performance for any of the drives?

Well, it depends on what you are using the computer for.

Don't worry about RAID 0 and my uses, which is for large photoshop file processing. I just need to know if the other separate storage drives will slow things down for the RAID 0, or will work slower themselves...

As long as the storage drives are not on the same chain as your (R)aid array, the other drives will not slow it down.

Every SATA port is an individual channel. Unlike IDE where you could have more than one drive per chan, every SATA drive has it's own. So unless your somehow overloading the MCP your speed won't change.

Depends on how the SATA controller is connected to the rest of the system. My gut feeling is `very unlikely'.
