Question about Prime95

I have a dual core CPU, and so I want to run "two instances" of Prime95. What I've done is set the affinity to one of my cores, and start the torture test. Then, I try opening Prime95 again to run the other core while the first one is running. Am I know understanding something? Are the "two instances" not supposed to be at the same time??

But if you'd rather use Prime95 anyways, you have to set the affinity of EACH instance to a separate core. So -0 and -1, or however you have it set.
