This post has no real practicality, just curiosity. To be honest, perfectly fine with no reply

We know there is an inexpensive SATA to eSATA extender where you can install it at the slot, with one cable connected to internal SATA port. Then present and eSATA interface externally for external device connection.
Is it possible/do we have similar thing ?
1. inexpensive slot-type or card-type, one cable-connector inserted into internal PCI-E x16 slot.
2. Externally some workable cable-connector setup.
3. So that we can have PCI-E x16 VGA card out of the PC case in separate box/psu. You can then clock/cool it anyway preferable without complication of cramped case, power or heat.
this is likely more helpful only for multiple-cards CrossFire/SLI type of setup.
