Here is the set-up:

Danger Den Copper TDX Block for Athlon64 754/939/940 Water Block (mod to fit socket479 pentium m)
Danger Den MAZE4 Chipset Block w/ clear top (planning to attach with 9500)
Black Ice Pro Radiator
Panaflo 120mm
Eheim 1048 pump
Danger Den Relay kit
Danger Den Round (Cylindrical) Reservoir

what do you guys think is there anything i need to add?
also planning to add non-conductive water so i have no worries about leakage.

thanks for your comments

I've never used the DD relay kit, but it definately needs some assembly :p Depending on your skill level with electronics, this is probably okay, but you might want to look at a Criticool PowerPlant II. I've got one and I love it.

acutally i am not sure if i am going to use it, i will control the 120mm with a zalman fan controller the pump is pretty quiet.

all comments are welcome

I would personally say go for it.
Take your time, make sure all your connections are connected and you HAVE done a 24 hour min (I do 48 all the time) leak test.

Make sure you put on Artic Silver thermal compound replacing your GPU and CPU's thermal compound.
I have no idea personally about relays, I do know however, that it is usually a good idea (from an electronics babe guru) that it maybe wise to put the relay on its own dedicated power plug (seperate from all others).

I have always enjoyed Dangerden products and have always found them to be the toughest with high heat and thermal displacement.

Other than that, like I said, take your time, enjoy it.

I'd forget the relay and Eheim pump and just use the D5.

Since you plan on using an Eheim 1048 I would highly suggest that you get an Aqua Computer Aquastream impeller and switch it. You will get much better flow out of the 1048 than the stock one.

where do i find a Aqua Aquastream impeller?

*thanks for the comments :D

I don't think Sharka stocks them as they rarely ever break. However, I think they can special order them for you. Suggest you call them and leave a message for Wes.

i bought the whole set-up for $115 shipped so those are set in stone,

i am planning on getting a socket478 now but i will see if i can mod the current block

No need to mod the block, you can purchase a new top from D.D. for $10 or so and make it fit anything that you desire.

As to the rest being "Set in stone." Don't be silly, you can simply sell what you don't want or need and use the proceeds to buy the parts you do need. Nothing is set in stone. Ever.

(OT) I didn't know that AC had a 1048. Do the 1046 and 1048 use the same impeller? I might look into that instead of spending a crapload of money on a new pump.

EDIT: In response to the OP's question, here's the Lucite top for the TDX (Your block):

Just pick Socket 478 from the drop down and you'll be good.
Or, you can get it in brass:

Either one is fine. The lucite tops are thick enough that they don't have the problems of earlier lucite waterblocks where the top would bend under mounting pressure.

Lucite = Plexiglass (Clear plastic)
Brass = Metal
The brass top is a little bit stronger, but the lucite one is fine. Most people prefer the looks of the lucite one, but you *could* get the brass one and then have it chromed. Which gives me an idea... *contemplates having a chrome TDX block*

thanks for all the help guys i will post pictures after everything is done!!!! :p

AC has a specially made 1046 pump from Eheim. The 1046 and 1048 don't use the same impeller. However, the Aquastream impeller fits on the both the 1046 and 1048. IIRC it is way bigger than the 1046 and slightly bigger than the 1048 impeller. :D
